PM repeats call to follow wellbeing security rules
Head administrator and Leader of the House Sheik Hasina repeated her call to the compatriots, especially the officials, to follow the wellbeing rules appropriately as she joined a conversation on an eulogy movement at parliament.
"It is genuinely a question of shock that we have lost such countless officials of the parliament. We would prefer not to take any such sympathy movement," she said.
Partaking in the conversation on the eulogy reference to the demise of Jatiya Party official from the held seat for ladies Prof Masuda M Rashid Chowdhury yesterday, the PM said, "Two administrators died at the initial two sequential days of this parliament meeting and today [Monday] another parliamentarian kicked the bucket."
Prof Masuda died early Monday while going through treatment at city's Birdem medical clinic.
Hasina added, "All, including the individuals who got antibodies, should follow the wellbeing rules appropriately, especially during the time of the Covid pandemic."
Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury moved the sympathy movement to the fourteenth meeting of the eleventh parliament. The movement was subsequently embraced consistently.
The previous meeting has been deferred till 10:30am today after reception of the tribute reference over the passing of Prof Masuda to offer final appreciation to her according to the custom.
Hasina said, "Masuda M Rashid Chowdhury might have offered more to the general public in the event that she had been alive. Her demise is an extraordinary misfortune to the general public."
She said Prof Masuda was additionally a political pioneer, social specialist, ladies business visionary, craftsman, a college instructor and a proficient individual.
"Her multi-layered ability will motivate our womenfolk close by invigorating them and fortitude to go on," she proceeded.
