PM Hasina booked to arrive at Dhaka this evening
Leader Sheik Hasina left Washington for home final evening wrapping up her fourteen day official visit to go to the 76th meeting of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Her flight is planned to land at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10:15 pm this evening.
A VVIP sanctioned trip of Biman Bangladesh Airlines conveying Sheik Hasina and her escort took off from Dulles International Airport, Washington for Dhaka at 05:28 pm (Washington time), her press secretary Ihsanul Karim told UNB.
Bangladesh Ambassador to the US M Shahidul Islam and Permanent Representative to the UN Rabab Fatima saw the executive off at the air terminal.
The airplane conveying the executive will arrive at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport today morning (neighborhood time) and afterward it will leave for Dhaka following a two-hour visit.
The executive passed on Dhaka on September 17 to go to the 76th UNGA meeting. She arrived at New York on September 19 following a two-day visit in Finland.
During her visit in New York from September 19 to 24, Sheik Hasina tended to the UNGA general discussion (September 24), went to significant level occasions and respective discussions with heads of governments, states and associations.
She likewise established a nectar insect tree and disclosed a seat at the UN nurseries in commitment to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheik Mujibur Rahman on the event of his introduction to the world century.
Afterward, the PM went to Washington DC on September 25.
